James E. Powell, Au.D. graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in the dual majors of Speech & Hearing Science and Psychology from University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1973. Following obtaining his Bachelor's degree, he went to Central Missouri University to obtain a Master of Science degree in Audiology. He received his Doctorate from Arizona School of Health Sciences.
James E. Powell, Au.D. was on the staff at Menorah Medical Center prior to beginning his private practice in 1976. He has also taught at Northwest Missouri State University.
